The reason I have been able to stick with working out and living a healthier lifestyle is because of my fitness inspirations. I follow a number of fitness accounts on Instagram and seeing posts from these women about workouts, transformations, and even bikini posts of a slim body gives me so much inspiration to strive for a better and healthier lifestyle! There are so many amazing fitness and healthy influencers out there, but here are just a couple of my favorites.
Whitney Simmons
I have been following Whitney Simmons for almost two years now and she is my favorite fitness influencer. Simmons is very outgoing and charismatic, along with making sure everyone knows that she is human and that is why I love her! She is also my body goals without a doubt. Her life motto is "it's a beautiful day to be alive", no matter what she is going through. She used working out as a way of getting rid of stress and has been able to commit to a healthier lifestyle every since she started her fitness journey. Simmons is also a Gymshark Athlete and has committed to YouTube! On her Instagram, she showcases more personal posts about her life and short clips of her unique workouts, but she does post more in-depth videos on her YouTube channel!

Krissy Cela
I have been following Krissy Cela on Instagram for about eight months! She has her own Bikini Guide and Meal Plan that she sells to help others around the world! She is also a Gymshark Athlete and is sponsored by Women Best. Cela has awesome workouts that are easy and well explained for beginners or even for the more advanced! She also has a YouTube channel that has daily videos about her lifestyle, eating habits, and workouts!

Meggan Grubb
I have been following Meggan Grubb for about eight months as well. She has her own guide called the Peach Plan and is also a Gymshark Athlete. Grubb is very dedicated about her fitness lifestyle, and incorporates HIIT (high intensity interval training) and weight training to get gains! Grubb has a YouTube channel as well with more in-depth videos, but she does use Instagram a lot more to post about her personal life and short clips of her workouts!
