Love, Sweat, Fitness

Today, I will be reviewing one of my favorite fitness inspirations, Katie Dunlop. I found Katie, which is what she goes by, through YouTube. She is the creator of Love Sweat Fitness (LSF) and she has built this community of healthy and fitness for over three years now, and she strives to grow and build it even more in the future.


Katie began her fitness journey after college when she was finally tired of the weight she had gained through her years. She was ready for a change in her body and health. Katie started LSF after her own weekly barre classes, where she eventually started to post online. She found something that she loved to do and it helped her lose the weight she no longer wanted on her body.


Behind LSF, there are meanings to each word and why she chose them:

Love - "love your passions"

Sweat - "these are the mental and physical hurdles... the little things that add up to a healthier, happier you"

Fitness - "this is the physical work we put in each day in order to strengthen our bodies and minds"


When you are on Katie's website, Love Sweat Fitness, there are many options as to search through her site. She has up to nine tabs that provide a variety of resources that are directly from her. She also offers workout guides for those who are looking to get back in shape and live a healthier lifestyle.


Some of her plans include an 8 Week Workout Guide where you can sculpt your entire body, burnt fat, and become more confident. She also provides a 4 Week Meal Plan that provides simple to follow and cook recipes, and daily step-by-step meal plans to boost your metabolism and jumpstart on your weight loss journey.


However, if you do not want to pay for workouts or meal plans, Katie does offer a subscription of free daily workouts. All you have to do is sign up and be accepting of all the direct emails that will be coming your way. Along with the free weekly workouts, you will receive healthy recipes and lifestyle tips, opportunities to win prizes and giveaways, and motivation access to the LSF community.
